Big Boobs, Bigger Dreams: How Wrax Is Changing the Game

When Frankie Elder-Reedy said, “If I have to change the world two boobs at a time—dammit, I will,” I knew we were in for a conversation that was bold, brave, and so needed.

In this week’s episode of Penny for Your Shots, I sat down with the unstoppable force behind Wrax—the revolutionary bra system that finally solves the age-old problem of bounce. Frankie isn’t just fixing sports bras; she’s shaking up the entire way we think about movement, comfort, safety, and support (both physical and emotional).

But here’s the thing: this episode goes way beyond bras.

“This is what it’s like to be a woman”

Frankie opened up about growing up in a small Kansas town, running the same route daily for mental clarity and wellness—only to realize she was being watched. Stalked. Repeatedly.

By a grown man who knew her route and would sit in his truck to leer as she ran by.

Let that sink in. She was in high school. He was “old enough to be her dad.” And like so many women, she didn’t tell anyone. Because she thought it was her problem to fix.

Run faster (and bounce more).
Walk slower (and get stared at longer).
Or don’t run at all.

Her choices were limited. And worse, she believed that’s just how it was. Because that’s what so many of us were taught—to avoid danger, to stay small, to adapt. Not to expect protection. Not to raise hell.

And while we hope things have changed… many of us know: there’s still work to do.

The Birth of Wrax

Wrax was born from that frustration. From years of bouncing boobs, restrictive bras, and workouts cut short because of discomfort or self-consciousness. Frankie knew there had to be a better way.

She couldn’t find it. So she built it.

Wrax is a top-down support system that prevents bounce, adjusts for asymmetry, and fits over (or into) your favorite sports bra. It’s been tested by athletes, equestrians, wrestlers, and everyday women—many of whom report better posture, more reps, and a feeling of strength they didn’t expect.

One woman said it “felt like a hug.” Another said it reminded her of a thunder shirt for dogs. Frankie calls them “Bob Ross moments”—happy little bonuses she didn’t plan, but absolutely loves.

From Harassment to Heroism

This conversation isn’t just about solving a pain point; it’s about reclaiming power. Frankie isn’t afraid to talk about the hard stuff—being seen when you don’t want to be, being silenced when you should speak up, and being underestimated in business and in life.

And she’s doing it anyway.

With no formal marketing background and very few resources, she’s bootstrapping this business like the warrior she is—one rep, one story, and yes, one boob harness at a time.
