What Really Happens at Wine Camp…

Picture this: sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains, wine glasses clinking, women in caftans laughing until their sides hurt, and the kind of soul-deep conversations that stay with you long after the weekend ends. That was Wine Camp 2025.
One of the goals Robin and I had when we created Wine Camp was to give women a space to reconnect with themselves and each other. And this year? We did that. We crafted cocktails poolside, danced under stormy skies, and made core memories that still have me smiling (and tearing up a little).
From the moment everyone arrived, the magic was palpable. Old friends hugged. New friends clicked instantly. We stayed on a dreamy property nestled in the Virginia mountains, complete with morning horse visits and gentle movement classes led by the amazing Robin. And then we hit the wineries...
Our first stop was Merrie Mill, where the wine is as stunning as the view. (Shoutout to Lizzie Pelly and Emily Hodson—two powerhouse women making waves in the Virginia wine scene.) We followed that with a visit to Keswick, then Eastwood, where a surprise rain shower became one of my favorite moments of the weekend. Picture me, wine bottle in hand, arms open to the sky, soaking up the rain like Wonder Woman in a golf skort. Yep. Core memory unlocked.
Back at camp, we slipped into PJs and caftans for sunset "caftailing," complete with an impromptu fashion show. There was a pool party. A cocktail crafting session with my Sipper Club recipes. And the grand finale: WineStock. A retro-themed dance party with mountains in the background and joy in the air.
And here's what I kept hearing and felt in my soul—it wasn't just the wine or the scenery that made it unforgettable. It was the women. Women who showed up open-hearted and ready to connect. Women who’ve lived a lot of life and still make room for joy, adventure, and new friendships.
