Cheers to 100 Episodes: Stories, Lessons, & Momentum for Women
Sep 04, 2025
One hundred episodes. I can hardly believe I just typed that sentence. When I hit “publish” on my very first podcast back in November 2023, I had no idea where this adventure would take me—or the incredible women it would bring into my life.
Looking back, I wish I hadn’t waited so long to start. Because what I’ve learned from 100 episodes is this: the conversations matter. The courage to show up matters. And the community we’ve built along the way matters more than I can ever say.
Memorable Voices, Unforgettable Lessons
Some of my favorite moments came from guests who reminded me—and all of us—that women’s stories aren’t just inspiring; they’re world-changing.
-
Kami Guildner taught us that when women raise their voices, the ripple effect reaches far beyond what we’ll ever know.
-
Larissa Banting showed us that reinvention isn’t failure—it’s courage.
-
Frankie Elder Reedy called out the harmful “boys will be boys” narrative and inspired us to raise expectations for justice.
-
Shirah Benarde pitched her drink-safe scrunchie on Shark Tank and is making college campuses safer one night out at a time.
-
Liz Hansen reminded us that “sexy is not a size” and that self-care and intuition are more powerful than perfection.
-
Sara Vezensek shared her passion for building a life aligned with her values, not someone else’s definition of success.
-
And of course, Angel Wilborn and her brilliant third grader reminded us that real talk (and a little sass) can be the most powerful truth of all.
And who could forget Wine Camp? Strutting down a tasting-room “runway” in caftans and pajamas with girlfriends, laughter spilling everywhere—that’s the kind of joy that fuels this journey.
Lessons from 100 Episodes
Looking back, a few lessons rise to the top:
-
Don’t wait to be ready. You’ll never feel ready until you start. Action brings clarity.
-
Your impact matters more than your ego. Show up on camera, even if you don’t love how you look that day (or....ever). Your voice is what counts.
-
Done is better than perfect. If it will help someone, share it.
-
Automate what you can. Save your energy for the work that matters most.
-
Stay curious. Some of my most impactful conversations came from women in completely different industries than mine.
-
Keep showing up. Success always takes longer than you think (and for sure longer than you want).
A Toast to What’s Next
Through every episode, one message shines through: when women use our gifts and support each other, we are unstoppable.
So today, I raise my glass to you—the listeners, the guests, the community we’ve built. Thank you for being here, for sharing these conversations, and for reminding me every single week why this podcast is one of my greatest joys.
Here’s to the next 100 episodes. Cheers, friends! 🍷
